Private Events Info

All room reservations require a food and beverage minimum. A food and beverage minimum is not a fee but a contractual guarantee that your party will spend the amount contracted in food and beverages. If the party does not meet the food and beverage minimum, they would be responsible for the difference.
(not including tax and 22% service charge):

These minimums are for parties with one tab for the group which guarantee servers taking/bringing all orders to the group, until 11pm (later times can be negotiated) If you would like to use a different format for payment please contact the event coordinator to discuss the particulars. 

If you would like to reserve the space we will send you a contract and may require a deposit of $250 or 20% of the contracted minimum.

TABLE RESERVATIONS:

Drinks and Appetizers Reservation MONDAY – SATURDAY  
Cigar Bar & Grill will reserve one of our large tables per night (8-10 seats guaranteed) to use as a home base for your group. We do NOT guarantee seats for all your guests. You can request indoor seating or outdoor seating to which NO MINIMUM or DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
Table Seating with 10 or more people  THURSDAY – SATURDAY
For table seating of 10 or more people there is a food and beverage minimum per person for the entire table. Please contact the event coordinator for details and/or to make a reservation.
Dinner Reservations
For parties of 11 to 30 guests Cigar Bar & Grill requires a set menu, served family style.  We will work with you in advance of the event to create a special menu offering bread and salad, main course dishes, side dishes and dessert.  Deposit may be required. For sit down dinner a guaranteed head count is required one (1) week prior to the event and menu selection is required one (1) week prior to the event.
